Video verification, monitored scaffold alarm system
This system is completely unique to us here at Site-X Security Ltd and has been specifically designed for use on scaffolding / construction sites. This really is a first for the industry and the advantages of this system are endless.
The system combines both alarm and camera technology to offer a completely unique experience for your site protection. All equipment is connected to our app based network and operates using world SIMs meaning you can rest assured, your site will always be protected by the best coverage available. The system is operated via an app, giving the end user remote access & complete control of the system from anywhere in the UK. The system can be set / unset remotely, you can check alarm status & logs and also view CCTV footage.
In the event of an alarm activation the siren will activate. Meanwhile the PIR/Camera will take a series of photos of the detected area and instantly upload theses images to the cloud based app. The end user will receive live updates of this activity and a siren notification to enable them to view the footage instantly. This alarm system can be monitored by anyone with access to an android phone or tablet ( ability to download apps ). It can also be linked to monitoring stations ( ARC’s ) for added security.
This product is a first for our industry and we are pleased to be pioneers. It has been designed to eliminate false alarms / needles callouts / provide better all-round coverage. From experience this system has saved our clients huge amounts of time and money not responding / paying for unnecessary site callouts.

Basic bells only scaffold alarm
This system is not monitored and just sets off the external siren if the alarm is activated. The alarm equipment is preset to rearm itself a number of times before it will need resetting manually. A standard system will consist of but not limited to:
- External siren
- External PIR’s
- External coded lockbox with fob / keypad inside
- Large scaffold alarm warning signs
The system is completely wireless & battery operated so no access to buildings is required. There’s also no cables running along the scaffolding and no holes drilled into the building.
